About the Position

In this role you will be responsible for leading our responsive youth focused, family friendly and community embedded ReConnect-Youth Homelessness Early Intervention and Youth Engagement Services based in Nhulunbuy.  As the Program Manager, you will ensure effective case management, purposeful group activities and school and community engagement activities are delivered with the aim of making a difference in the lives of young people at risk of early home leaving and disengagement from schooling and their families in Gove Peninsula.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience working with at risk/vulnerable young people, providing culturally safe, trauma informed and strengths based case management and practical support in community-based settings.

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess an Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory manual driver’s licence.
