About the Position
The Alice Springs Commonwealth Home Support Program CHSP provides flexible, coordinated and integrated support services to older people.
We are seeking energetic, committed and skilled support workers to provide home care services that make a difference in the lives of older people in the Alice Springs region. You will work individually and as a team to provide consumer directed support services that assist each person to live independently in their home and to participate fully in their community.
You will preferably have previous experience in a similar role; good written and verbal communication skills; basic computer skills. You will also need to have use of a road worthy registered vehicle and current NT drivers license.
Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess a Working with Children (Ochre Card), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory manual driver’s licence.
